Research and development is an ongoing activity at Amar. Supported by a team of 12 qualified chemists, R & D efforts at Amar cover the entire spectrum of developing innovative packing and packaging solutions, multi-benefit product formulations, developing improved performance matrices and striving to give the customer a one-stop solution for all his product needs.

Our laboratories are India FDA approved and equipped with the latest R & D apparatus such as:

Brookfield’s Viscometer (RVT),
Mechanical Stirrer with Speed Regulator,
Mechanical High Speed Emulsifier – (Homogenizer) with speed regulator,
Temperature and Speed controlled Mass Mixer,
Deep freezers for studying the ageing process at cold condition,
Fully equipped micro-biology lab,
Temperature and Humidity controlled incubators for Accelerated ageing study and R&D batches,
High speed centerfuge M/C for studying emulsion stability,
Photo colour meter / Spectrophotometer,
TLS apparatus, etc

Additionally, we have pilot plants in all our facilities enabling us to take trial batches of all new formulations prior to undertaking commercial production.
