| In the Morning: Brush with any of the Amar tooth paste and for better results use Amar tooth brush. Brushing should be in up-down and circular motion and then rinsed with water. After rinsing gently massage the gums with the forefinger for couple of minutes. |

At Night :
Option 1 - Take Amar tooth powder in the hand and gently massage it around the gums & teeth and allow it to remain for 10 minutes. Rinse with plain water and massage the gums lightly while rinsing.
